Realy sensation
Half a century ago!
What a band!!!!. I love them since i discover their music, back in 1996. Greetings from Madrid my dear scottish brothers and sisters!!!!!
Saw them once in Liverpool back in the good old days of R&R.
Nick Cave used to cover this band’s music before The Birthday Party.
They released this Song during the Glamrock times without changing their style, absolutely amazing 😮👍👍
I play the band all the time in my car. Even my wife likes them now. ( It took a while though 'cos she likes Cliff Richard.)
Sounds like Bon Scott
Huge music fan never heard of this group, must of not made it in the USA.
I bought the album in 1976 when i was a 16 still love it!
Aufweidersien pet nice tuna
GARY LOOKS LIKE DARE I SAY????? ALICE COPPER
“MJ” couldn’t stand the competition
Got to know them in late 80s. What cool music - what a time it was! Best wishes from Germany
Zak clemmesin. Unique ❤️❤️👍🏽
My opinion. Scot’s music.!! Is special. This group was up with everyone. Totally unique ❤️❤️❤️👍🏽👍🏽💡🕊💪🏽💡
Look, it's Wayne from Auf Wiedersehen Pet! Saw this lot at Reading Festival in '74... he swore at the crowd A LOT 👉😂
ANOTHER ONE OF SCOTLANDS FINEST RIP ALEX.
My music in my life ty alex and band
この人は中国人だよ
They were such a good band - I first heard Code of the Road in 1978 and I played it constantly. One of my favourite tracks is Day Job with Rick Jones on lead vocals. "Me and my pal and this gal who played the tenor saxophone" 😁
So geil. Leider lange tot. RIP.
Ja, war richtig geil! Egal ob Isobel Gaudi oder hammer Song. Alles Weltklasse!
just a reminder for those that not in the know, Gary Holton was perhaps better known in scandinavia for his music, and in the uk for his part in Auf wiedersehen, pet. Great artist, sadly missed .
Découverts à Paris en première d'Alice Cooper il y a environ 50 ans !!!! Ils dégageaient pas mal...
Liking Jimmy Dewar more
What an amazing guitar tone. Any guitarists know how to duplicate that tone? Thanks
Mama 1st ever band v ah
Just imagine a colab between Alex & Ian Dury...
One of the top 5 rock bands ever, And no1 live
👉🏻 Overrated Garage Band 👈🏻
This outfit is everything
Alex would be 89 yrs old, were he alive today.
midnight rambler show on wqut out of johnson city, bristol and kingsport tenn. is where i first heard this. around 74 or 75. ordered the lp and still have it.
That's a scary number.
Can we have some more of this please Scotland?
Hey, Mick and Keith, if you'd learned to do Rock & Roll properly, you could have become this good
great voice. must admit when i first saw him, i thought he was the love child of Alice Cooper and Tiny Tim...until he opened his mouth 😶
😅😅that was pure screaming dribble...ill stick to zeppelin...
Listening to this, she to Gary's vocals, I can now understand why he was considered as a replacement for Bon Scott of AC/DC when he passed away.
They should have kept on making this type of stuff - the perfect vehicle for Gary`s truly amazing voice
First heard when I was spending an evening sitting at home with my reel to reel snagging stuff off the FM radio and captured "Faith Healer" on tape. Maybe that same night they played "Fresh Garbage" by Spirti too. FM Radio pre-takeover by the mega stations was the best. Glad that I had that recorder it was worth every penny!
Spirit yes :)
@@carolwolf9614 Unfortunately, those tapes only exist in my memory and I am surprised I even recall that much detail. It was fun taping music on the radio, a lot of people taped their LPs and then could listen to just the recordings and save their LP collection as new, I never did that myself I played my LPs.
Iconic guitar from the great Tim Renwick
Masterpiece of guitar excellence 👌
Tolle Band, toller Sänger, zu Unrecht vergessen 😢
I became obsessed with this band when I was 14 in the 70's. Unique, wonderful, Scotland's best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best most underrated band of all tie love the prettiest
I will be damned
Needs cowbell
Shame they are miming to a backing track
Saw them at Central London Poly back in the day.
Nice clown
